Land Registry Compliant Plans

We provide Land Registry Compliant Plans for Title Deeds and Registered Leases.

A compliant plan is required for a variety of reasons such as new plots, first registration and sales of part for example.

New commercial leases longer than 7 years are subject to compulsory registration and require a compliant plan showing the demised premises.

Our plans will enable a smooth registration process with the Land Registry.

Based in Bolton and Blackburn we cover the North West of England with our standard 48 hour delivery service. A next day service is available. Desktop only commissions (where a site inspection is not required) are accepted across England and Wales.

We guarantee that our plans are Land Registry compliant and are prepared in accordance with Land Registry Practice Guide 40.

The plan is produced using sophisticated software based on the Ordnance Survey. A site inspection is not always necessary dependent on the information available on instruction.

The plan will be prepared to show:

  • Land Registry preferred scale
  • North point
  • Subject site edged red
  • Site address
  • Relation to adjoining features
  • Other relevant information such as rights of way
  • Company Ordnance Survey Licence number

Enquiries and orders can be made/confirmed by telephone (08442 499 233) or email hello@afmproperty.co.uk. Please scan/email or fax (01204 534435) any existing plans indicating requirements.

Fees start from £130.00 and payment is required at the time of order. Bespoke quotes are always provided.

Plans will be provided initially in jpeg and/or PDF format for approval and subsequently in hard copy format by guaranteed overnight post. We will make any necessary post production alterations to plans free of charge.
