- Has a Complaints Handling Procedure – copy available on request.
- Retains Client’s Money in a dedicated Client’s Deposit Account.
- Issues full written terms of business in advance of instructions.

Residential Block Management
We work in partnership with residents to manage their living environment.
No two blocks are the same and thus we offer a comprehensive range of services that can be specifically tailored to meet requirements. The following is a list of typical services offered but should not be seen as exhaustive.
- Managing company’s finances, preparation of annual budgets, submission of accounts and documents to auditors.
- Regular site visits.
- The serving of demands and collection of service charges and ground rents.
- Company secretarial duties.
- Arranging and attending management company meetings.
- Compliance with current landlord and tenant legislation.
- Managing planned maintenance.
- Managing approved contractors and professional services.
- Emergency repairs/callout service.

- Set up and manage an intranet site for your block.
